Hello my name is Antonia Barrera. I was born in El Salvador and have lived in Frederick for four years. I lived for ten years in Washington, D.C., before moving to Maryland. I am married and have a 12-year-old daughter and two rescue dogs I love wholeheartedly! I have worked at Meadows Montessori for the past two years and in childcare for the last 12 years. I enjoy working with kids, which allows me to see them grow and develop daily. It is the most rewarding experience. Having the opportunity to be part of all of life’s adventures with them is the most beautiful feeling. This is the main reason I chose a career working with children.
