Meet Our Head of School

Meet Kendall Ramirez, our Head of School at Meadows Montessori. Kendall brings over 20 years of Montessori experience, beginning her journey as an assistant in infant, toddler, and Primary classrooms. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Christopher Newport University and earned her AMI Primary (3–6) diploma shortly after.

After more than a decade leading her own Primary classroom, Kendall transitioned into a leadership role, where she now focuses on guiding the entire school community and supporting families through the many stages of their child’s development. Outside of school, Kendall enjoys exploring Frederick and the surrounding area with her family. Her 3-year-old son, Joaquin, is also a proud member of the Meadows community—he especially loves receiving new lessons and greeting everyone with a big smile!
